The chaps who voted him in not mentioned, the whole load who voted him in. Twice. He didn't get up there on a helium balloon. Or maybe he did - like that stuff that floats about in carnivals, some kind of five minute feelgood. I only have a prayer for sanity now, try not to vote him in again maybe?
The "Rest of the World" as we've quaintly been called is moving on anyway, making new alliances, finding new ways. Bombs can fall but not everywhere at the same time.
