Anyone ever installed Windows 3.1 on PC-DOS 7.0?

@TechTangents Yes, certainly. It came with Central Point's RAMBoost. But even without that, it's still able to have more free conventional RAM (out of 640K) than MS-DOS, because it can load more of DOS into high memory: https://www.vogons.org/viewtopic.php?t=55206
