OWC ThunderBay Flex 8 (Thunderbolt 3)

Does anyone have experience using the OWC ThunderBay Flex 8 (Thunderbolt 3) with Ubuntu 24.04 and Thunderbolt 4 drivers? I connected the Flex 8 to my Ubuntu system, but it is not being recognized.
