I was offered a "free" sample of forking cod liver oil. That's so not Vegan. And it may be contaminated with heavy metals and pcb's; they have to purify that stuff first.
The other option was a sample of D3. The D3 was NOT VEGAN. And it came in capsules made of bovine gelatin.
This kind of insensitivity irritates me. They should have told the company to "invent" a better gift.
If we aren't nice to each other, no one will be.
