Well, I'm confident that ICE will be happy to supply its own murderers, killers, and drug dealers to make up for the deficiency.

The bulk of drugs travel through airports? There have literally been TSA people who were pulled off drug cartel investigations and trafficking investigations to be put in trumps' roving vans full of press gangs and state violence!

TSA and ICE were put under Homeland Security by Bush2 along with a few dozen other random departments - and ICE has repeated defunded, stolen workers, and closed other departments (TSA, counter terrorism, cybersecurity, WMD investigations, ect) to get more people on the ground at Home Depo to round up US citizens to imprison.

I think the point was to suggest a comparison, that is to say, he wants to give the impression that overzealous enforcement or whatever they do in people's neighborhoods is justified, not simply arbitrary and capricious. "They're being moderate in airports so there must be a reason they have to be more extreme in other places"
