Thomas ArendThey don't. They received support at times. But when I bought my balcony power plant in 2023, the city's funding pool was already empty.

So, unless something is done about it, anybody can sell any old dangerous crap, and anyone can then buy and use it.

Actually the Panels aren’t the biggest driver on the Shopping list; mostly, mounting is it.
