At a previous employer they had three different Remedy instances connected via ticket bridges and were building a fourth instance to unify the old three ones with additional ticket bridges.

The new one was not working particularly well - no surprise there - so management decided to go to ServiceNOW instead.

Turns out ServiceNOW was worse than the chimeric Remedy instance and the project to move to ServiceNOW failed so badly that they went back.
