Missouri is already strongly gerrymandered and has a 6-2 GOP majority in a state where Dems regularly win >40% of votes. At Trump’s behest, Republicans passed a new 7-1 gerrymander that cracked Kansas City in three to flip District 5 from solidly blue to solidly red. This referendum could block it
