Joseph#EpicGames has another big round of #layoffs. I was laid off in 2023 in the first round, and it was a bad time for me. I wish best to all former colleagues!
What made me really angry is that #Epic has (had?) a really generous holiday policy. Standard holidays as per country of employment plus 4 weeks additionally. In the 2023 round, abandoning this practice would have been mathematically equivalent to the layoffs 🙁
At least they aren't #AI-washing.
