In 2003 I found this film in the archive of the Eye Filmmuseum in Amsterdam and because it was so great I programmed it in the "4D" event I curated in 2004 and in several later programmes that combined experimental films with films from scientific experiments. Not suspecting that this would constitute a new chapter in the life of this film, and that this would turn me into one of the protagonists of one of the chapters of this book.
