A second racing game has hit the autism
sorry liberals, but this is what a REAL MAN looks like

@Dio9sys

Instant addition to the wishlist right now!

@Aprazeth
lemme know if you need any tips when you get it! I am really enjoying it so far

@Dio9sys

Will do! And thank you for the heads-up!

I play on Linux, and it seems the game is listed as Steam Deck verified so it should be OK

Not a big fan of the kernel level anti cheat thing though, but I suspect that will clear up at some point?

@Aprazeth I, too, play on linux!

For what it's worth, the EAC version for Linux is basically a performative gesture. It doesn't install a kernel module like the windows version and hasn't messed with my processes as far as I can tell. The game has a connection feature with the epic game store which might explain it, as I get the same bare minimum version of EAC on other games I have that talk to Epic. My best guess is they just added it to get added to Epic as well as Steam and to be able to verify anyone blatantly cheating on ranked races

@Dio9sys
Oh the whole thing is just EAC?

Ooooooooooh that's OK. I have other games that need it as well, so yeah that'll be fine. I am not the person to do online ranked racing anyway so eh, I'll be fine :)

Thank you!

@Aprazeth
no problem! Have fun!
