These two #stamps are from the French Southern Antarctics from 1998 and were designed by André Lavergne. I need a real scanner, but these are still pretty good. The printing process here is probably photolitho, as the color blending is artistic not opportunistic by gravity and pressure.This is a modern engraving, I love the line work.
