Roam? Bad enough, but chances are, his ilk will be making up the bulk of ICE (and thus - as things are at the moment - the people who check you when you enter the country. The same people who don't know how to pat someone down for weapons without leaving bruises. No way I'd go there voluntarily, now even less than ever since 9/11.
