Which TLDs should I avoid if I don't want the email to go straight to spam?
Which are the best in terms of emails being trusted?

Oh, and do they still carry the same risk of getting sent to spam if I'm forwarding the email address on my own domain to some normal service? (I know Proton lets you do this, for example. So does Gmail, but, yuck.)
