Quadruple amputee cornhole champion facing murder charges in fatal shooting
Two people who were in the back seat of the vehicle witnessed the deadly shooting, the sheriff’s office said. Webber allegedly asked them for their help in disposing of the body, but they refused, got out of the car, left the scene and ultimately flagged down officers with the La Plata Police Department, authorities said.
well that seems to be a slam dunk case

…or whatever the cornhole equivalent is. A cornhole-in-one?
…cornhole champion?
Seems awfully ridiculous to mention.
“Officers surrounded the rapist – who btw was pretty sick at drums – before apprehending him.”
…?
Seems fine. It’s common to mention notable things about people like this.

Yeah, cornhole is pretty obscure as a pro sport but it’s still noteworthy.
The news should be required to mention one factoid about whomever they’re talking about.
“Local Yu-Gi-Oh champion arrested over altercation with Burger King employee regarding trap cards.”
Yu-Gi-Oh: “You see, ‘Pot of Greed’ lets me draw two cards.”
BK employee: “But, what does ‘Pot of Greed’ do?”
Altercation begins.
But how? Terrible article.

Asked whether the sheriff’s office suspected Wells was shot dead with a gun that had equipment adapting it for use by someone without hands, an agency spokesperson said that was unknown.
@[email protected] Your question is actually answered -- or at least implied -- in the article, if you bothered to read it.
Your comment is like the ones I see from teenagers, "HoW cAn BlInD pEoPle ReAd?" It doesn't make you sound smart or clever. Very much the opposite.
This may come as a surprise to you, but there’s a huge breadth of knowledge in the world that each person experiences differently. Beyond that, language is not a perfect medium where what’s said can differ, in a precise technical sense, from what’s intended. We have a common phrase for this - ‘you know what I mean?’ Assuming every question that seems stupid or sarcastic actually is, only guarantees that you’re shooting down genuine questions in the crossfire. Some people haven’t had the luxury of a life experience teaching them how to properly form questions and use language at its full potential.
Instead of doing the right thing and assuming the question is being asked in good faith, you act, ironically, like a smug teenager; bullying and teasing. This, in turn, helps anti-intellectualism win. Your behavior is helping bring more of the very thing you seem irritated at (making an assumption based on your bitching). You can pretend to yourself that you’re doing the right thing and people just don’t understand. But it’s a façade. An immature and common one that I’m sick and tired of seeing. Shitting on people for genuinely asking questions deserves to be ridiculed.
@new_world_odor LOL You can't even handle paragraphs. Also, I have no idea what your actual thesis is. This just seems like a whiny rant.
All you had to do was read the article. It's very short.
Grow up and get over yourself.
