Oh, and it sorta needs to be reusing what I have in my piles.

I have 4x4 and Pipe. Here is the second step in my design. Last night I drew a LOT of pencil and sketches. At this point I could do a few cuts of the required boards, drill the holes, and have most of it ready to assemble. Alas, I have not desinged the bolt holes and method of fastening yet.
