I saw Roxy Music in '72 and didn't like them at all. It took me until '75, when a friend played me No Pussyfooting and side 2 of For Your Pleasure before something clicked, (a couple of funny cigarettes might have helped 😁).
My love for anything by #BrianEno persists to this day.

@Gillinger There is a section in the eponymous song For Your Pleasure where Ferry sings, "I watch you walk away. ....." and the musical instruments sort of dissolve. I have never heard anything like it.

But Stranded is my favourite Roxy Album #Prog
