There is always enough praise to go around; It is not finite like a sum of money...In meetings, inspections, and so on, if there was praise to be had....I pointed at the person or team. If there was heat, I took that, but we analyzed reasoning after the fact. In short: my job was to train my relief....many of those young folks are in the health department I left behind.
