Put in our first ever offer for a house! Wow. Felt nervous and excited and terrified and hopeful, all at once.

Anyway we got rejected four hours later for a, and I quote, “quite a bit higher” offer.

@schmidt I should say we ended up with a way, way nicer place for way, way less money :) So it's all good!
