It is very funny that ICE didn’t change anything about their MO for the airport deployments.

The dude is wearing plate armor with a bunch of shit tactically stuck to it, to stand behind a Black woman sitting in a chair, doing the actual work, without getting paid.

@gknauss In french there is an expression 'l'inspecteur des travaux finis' - inspector of finished work. That's what he looks like.

He's also probably not getting paid either, if the stories I've heard are true.

@acriticalmess No, ICE *is* getting paid. Though they're also part of DHS, they got their own massive funding awhile back.
