to clarify, i specifically use the word "zoomer" to refer to late gen Z because that's what everyone thinks gen Z is. they think we're all these brainrotted tiktok ipad kids when that couldn't be farther from the case, especially if you're an early gen Z cohort like me

at the same time, though, i feel bad for these kids (and gen alpha) because they're being brought into an internet that's not like the one we experienced, and i mean that in a bad way. they're essentially being taught that constantly talking shit about others and looking down on everything they see is an acceptable way to socialize, when that couldn't be farther from the case

i may be blunt when describing them but i also want them to know it doesn't have to be like this
