The dude is wearing plate armor with a bunch of shit tactically stuck to it, to stand behind a Black woman sitting in a chair, doing the actual work, without getting paid.

@gknauss A snapshot of America. Source: Most of my department at work is black women. Upper managers get bonuses. My immediate supervisor lives in apartment with roommates. I hope the future is something different.
