The dude is wearing plate armor with a bunch of shit tactically stuck to it, to stand behind a Black woman sitting in a chair, doing the actual work, without getting paid.
@gknauss They're also doing the whole don't wear anything identifying and refuse to respond when grabbing people out of the airport to who knows where.
