A few updates from Washington County regarding the concentration camp planned for Williamsport:

The documents show, among other things, that the County Commissioners had requested a visit from Noem and Trump, as well as the substantial investments DHS would need to make in the county to adequately support the facility.

Yesterday, the Washington County Board of County Commissioners announced that they had met with representatives from DHS.

This morning, the Commissioners ejected Taj Smith, president of the Washington County NAACP, during the public comment period regarding a proposed fee increase to support operations for the 911 call center, claiming her comments were off topic, while they allowed the previous speaker to make a campaign pitch, as well as known troll, Sean Porter, to digress about using the funds for purposes outside of their stated scope. Complaints have been filed with the MD OAG for suspected violations of the Maryland Open Meetings Act due to the lack of transparency during this process.

It was announced just over a week ago that the contract for construction and operations had been awarded to KVG LLC, of Gettysburg, PA. A few days later, a federal judge granted a 14 day temporary restraining order, halting construction while the lawsuit filed by Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown proceeds.

As I looked into KVG and its two principals, John Boyer and Elisha Abbot, a couple of things strike me as odd. For one, this is a company with a multi-national presence, essentially being run by a couple of guys from their garage. The current address for the business is Boyer's primary residence, and Abbot lives right across the street. Also, both men are associated with an address in Elizabethtown, PA, that was also previously the address on record for the company. Boyer's residence is known as Brown's Ranch, named after the previous owner, and a $400,000 15-year low interest (2%) agricultural loan was secured to partially fund the purchase of the 232 acre property. No record can be found of continued agricultural use following the purchase. Abbott previously owned Citadel, LLC, which was based out of California and a review of their whois history connects him to a Russian domain, ifasadpro[.]ru, as well as other questionable domain names, like whiskeyfiend[.]com, whiskeygo[.]com, and revengedomain[.]com. Additionally, I have confirmed at least one Russian email address for Boyer and seven for Abbott, through breach data, each with the same passwords as accounts with a known public relation.

Earlier today, the Washington County Republican Central Committee posted to Facebook that they had requested for State Delegate Neil Parrot be appointed to fill the vacancy left by Derek Harvey, who resigned last month. Harvey previously held a position in the current regime's first administration and also worked as an aide for Devin Nunes. Parrot is known for pushing extremist views and in the past has argued for people with HIV be forcefully tattooed, welcomed the convoy of truckers who invaded the county during the lock-down, and repeatedly opposed changes to the state law that would make it easier to prosecute cases of spousal rape.
