sometimes, i think about the extremely evil controlling culty far right christian enviroment i grew up in, and wonder what my life could have been if i hadn't been in hell...

what? abuse? no this ain't about that. this is about not having 200 bad christian children's songs stuck in my head forever

yeah yeah it sucks that i was raised to feel ashamed of everything about myself but that's like, i'm learning to live with it and grow past it. you know what i can't live with? hearing a kidz-bop-but-about-jesus version of YMCA every single time that song comes on. it's like being in hell

@junebug Old Veggietales songs feel like something trying to activate a sleeper agent program in my brain and I violently reject the concept of hearing them. It's kind of uncanny.

@trysdyn at least with veggietales MOST of the songs were silly things about cheesburgers and pirates. it can be so so so much worse.

And yeah the weird remixes always felt so... forced? Low quality? I dunno.
