I knew I shouldn't eaten the bread but I felt bad throwing it away…Aaand my blood sugar alarm went off loudly as it spiked at 250 mg/dL,so I opened my reasonably waterproof bag to grab my mobile device to silence the alarm. Left bag open, & started drinking lots of water as it's best thing I can do when blood sugar spikes (I'm not at level to need insulin)…it gets worse…
