What if your halfway-through new prediction comes true?

You have to have a strict rule on how to evaluate predictions or else it's meaningless. But nobody had the focus for that sort of thing. It's hard not to give credit for any sort of prediction.

The only thing that makes sense is betting I guess. Even if it's play money. If you end up on top given all your changes of opinion then your predictions are good.
