As a fully armed militia controlled directly by Iran, Hezbolllah was instructed to fully discard the months-long shaky ceasefire and to resume large scale daily bombardment of northern Israel after Netanyahu escalated the years-long multi-front warm war against the IRGC now with US encouragement, while the Lebanese government was too weak and ineffective at promised disarming of the “Party of God” south of the Litani River on their own.
