Book clearance over the weekend. Before and after.
@mpe So, a semi-success?

@mike this is a MAJOR win. There are also 3 stacked boxes off-camera to the left that are now on shelves. The box that remains is a to-Ebay pile. The rest are now on shelves.

The office remains a tip. :P

@mpe @mike fwiw I've found Vinted is quite good for flogging books on now. Ebay/Amazon/Vinted/Whatnot, quite a lot of options these days.

I don't know about you but I find eBay relatively kludgy compared to Vinted.

@rmounce @mike I definitely find eBay really clunky and difficult to upload to. I just want a quick thing where I can scan a barcode and the book appears for sale with a default price selected that's saying and a postage option that they'll pick up from my house. How hard is it? Well, according to eBay, very hard. I just gave up on listing books like this and went to World of Books instead.
@mpe @mike World of Books (formerly Ziffit) pays very little though, I use it as a last resort only if I really want to get rid of the items (for almost nothing). Most items I'm happy to leave on the shelf for a bit to see if I can tempt a reasonable sale price, via Vinted.
@rmounce @mpe I'm OK with getting very little. What I really hate is the idea of just throwing a perfectly good book away. If someone else can make money by getting into the hands of someone who wants them, good luck to 'em!

@mpe Medimops/Momox also works quite well for this in continental Europe.

(Most books tend to be valued a few cents only, but at least the shipping is included so you do not have to estimate that variable yourself.)
