I think it's got light enough at 55 degrees to stop charging our battery over night. #Solar yesterday provided just about enough electricity for the day.

@coldclimate I used to have a long set of home assistant rules to guess how much solar there would be the next day and set the charge limit accordingly, but then I realised I got paid more than double for export than the cheap overnight rate!

@coldclimate i use https://github.com/springfall2008/batpred on the Octopus Agile rate andit manages charging/import/export to try to reduce costs
@ash I got predbat up and running a few years ago but the my battery stopped charging completely and I ended up having to do a factory reset of it and my inverter. Got scared off
