Will never let coals go to waste

Fired up some skirt steak hot and fast, but ended up with some beautiful coals left over. So I dug a chuck roast out of the fridge and threw it on. Will still braise it more later, but now it’ll have a Smokey flavor and bark. by Z-a-pp
