Afghanistan 🇦🇫Pakistani media has reported a sudden increase of 200 rupees in the price of every liter of petrol, bringing the price to 534 rupees per liter.
Sources say that the rise in oil prices has caused serious concerns in the transport sector, and there is a fear that the situation will worsen.
Although the Pakistani government has not commented on the reason for the increase in petrol prices, this is the second time this month that oil prices have risen sharply, which has further weakened Pakistan's already struggling economy.
It is worth noting that previously, due to rising oil prices, the Pakistani government suspended 60% of transport services, closed schools and universities, and forced 50% of government employees to work online.
