@JamminJerry @shefoof @Bri I’m still seeing if I can make things a bit better.
On my system, if I go to the target range or try and fight the bank robbers, the actual sounds aren't generating.
In the target range for example it say prepare and make the click noise but the bottles don’t come flying.

@TheVoiceGuy @shefoof @Bri I could have sworn I installed it on windows 11, but I honestly can't remember. I should try it agin, just because. I do remember there was something I had to do when playing it recently. the stuff came to slow, so I had to speed it up a bit. and I am trying to remember how to do that. meaning the robers, and such. in newer version of windows they area rather slow.
