@AmyZenunim This gets at something which I think is deep and powerful and woefully misunderstood in our modern capitalist world. The whole tech revolution, which has generated countless fortunes and supercharged the whole economy, is all built on the back of freely given, communally owned open source. People outside of software have NO IDEA just how much people freely give, if only there exists a framework which enables them to do so.
