the blender announcment is awful (they have accepted money from anthropic) but the replies are amazing

there aren't many silver linings out there but this is a good way to find creative folks who "get it"

so i guess this blender shit is part of a larger encroachment into artists’ tools by anthropic that includes a bunch of other companies who were already scummy.

and then ableton. so that’s disappointing.
