We don't have money for universal healthcare but plenty to ensure we subsidize universal healthcare for Israel

We've always had the money—what we don't have are politicians with integrity

@QasimRashid they don't have incentives to work for the disenfranchised on one side but huge lobby money on the other - of course they are going to go for the money; don't blame the player, blame the game. widespread, broad reform is not coming even though it is needed, trends say it gets worse
