I have such trouble finding earphones that fit because my ears are tiny. Someone recently pointed out they make these mini ones now and fair play while the box language is gibberish they fit perfectly, I can barely feel them

Xmenha Invisible Mini Earbuds on amazon but there seem to be a lot that are more or less the same thing.
Just look for mini wireless earbuds
