How the HELL can it be the case that in 2026, for a DIRECT #CrossBorderRail connection between two major European cities - Torino 🇮🇹 and Paris 🇫🇷 - it's not possible to work out why the hell there are half the normal number of trains, and on Saturday 6th June seemingly NONE - and this is like 75 days before departure

FFS 😡

When I hear from rail lobbyists that everything with the railways would be fine, if only kerosene for planes were taxed, or buses paid more tolls on motorways, and you have stuff like this and it's obviously total and utter 💩

Railways in so many places in Europe cannot get the basic shit together. Cannot do the simple stuff, like explaining disruptions

#CrossBorderRail

@jon of course right now busses and airplanes have to pay a lot more fuel than last year. Are the rail companies using the opportunity to grab market share? (Rhetorical question...)
No, they're not. Were they had more willingness, then they would often be unable to do so. Because lacking rolling-stock.
At the very least, TI could ask for diversion via Grenoble, calling at LYS ✈️ @[email protected] @[email protected]
