One of the challenges of the current era of AI adoption is simultaneously trying to figure out what it means for an individual to be AI native versus the team and how to ensure the former doesn’t derail the latter.

For instance, AI automates creating status reports so the PM starts vibe coding features with their freed up time. Is this the best thing for the PM to do? And if so, is the best thing for the team that their excess PM capacity goes to shipping P2 features?

@carnage4life As long as the PM is also on the hook for fixing their 10x output of bugs 🤣 I have nothing against PMs pitching in, but I’d hate it if they pitched in and then absolved themselves of all responsibility from what comes of it.
