A cool washcloth on your eyes hits so good after a long day at work.

Especially if it’s right after a nice hot shower.

Lay in a hot bath with a cold compress on your eyes.

(why, yes, I’m short and keep a stool in the kitchen so I can reach the snacks my boyfriend keeps above the cabinet.)
