Not very well.
In my last job, someone from the training department lectured me about the importance of doing security training, because I deleted the unexpected e-mail from the outside company providing said training without clicking the link... They literally contradicted the training course they had supposedly done.
If you want a population with system security skills then you need system security to be taught in schools at all ages.
