@leon_miller thanks! This is around my 9th loaf, I believe I have the fundamentals down and my active starter (Stella Star) is healthy.
@Josefius I started on the sourdough journey last year, was going OK until the fridge died in the middle of summer and that was the end of my starter. I just started a new one this week, and tomorrow will be the first bake 🤞
