@KimPerales Failure to understand history and other countries. Iran is a large country, with a population of over 90 million. Some of the terrain is quite rugged (Elburz and Zagros mtn ranges), other parts are empty desert (think Bonneville Salt Flats on a grand scale).
Blowing up a few mullahs here and there does not damage the leadership. It is more like blowing up a pope or a bunch of cardinals; it is annoying, but not permanent. There are always more people waiting to take over.
