I have been having strange stomach problems for many years; seen many doctors, no one really has had anything helpful to say. Just feel kinda low grade nauseous a lot.

A friend said that sauerkraut really helped her so I tried it and omfg I can not believe how much it helps. Honestly, its making me a little emotional to realize I don't have to feel like crap all the time. Two tablespoons or less of the stuff can completely change how I feel.

I make sauerkraut, and we have it a couple of times a week, which is no doubt helping keep the gut flora cheerful.
