I spent 3 hours awake last night as my allergies decided NOW was the time to peak. My eyes are super puffy because they wouldn't stop watering.

Granted, the hours were from 9:30pm to 12:30am, but I use those hours to sleep. I woke up about 6 am and it wasn't enough 😭

Going to try taking half my allergy meds in the morning and half at night to see if I can head off that circadian histamine peak. The air purifier is running but I need a sealed bubble for a few weeks.

also YES that means I needs 9 hours of sleep; this is what my body settled on while I was a teen

I remember having to skip The Daily Show so I could go to bed for enough sleep & still be up in time for marching band practice before school
