Unless those power plants are there to specifically power government and or Military infrastructure, then any such attacks will directly impact CIVILIANS, thus surely proving that both the US and Israel target civilians directly, despite their claims to the contrary.

Hospitals need power to operate, are they trying to turn Iran in to a pile of rubble, as they did with Gaza.
