It's been quite a while I recovered a radiosonde (weather balloon), and this one landed this morning only a few kilometers from my QTH and been launched at De Bilt The Netherlands...always a thrill to see you're the first (and only one) at the landing spot. 😀 🎈 #hamr #radiosonde #weather #meteo #knmi

@ON4CDJ Does one really dispose of the radiosonde as indicated, or can one pry it open and perhaps repurpose it in some way?

@Ea5iyl You can do whatever you want with it....some keep and collect them (as I do), others reprogram the module for own launches or other radio projects.
