Stephen Collins@spinopsys @stufromoz it’s all very well getting 20% of first preferences, but if they’re so thinly spread you get few or no seats it doesn’t matter electorally. The only people who should be concerned are the Libs whose rightward slide has made them look stupid and irrelevant. Conservatism is fine if you’re a fiscal conservative with careful view about social progress; that can be worked with. Grievance conservatism is just brainworms.

These are all complicated counts depending on unknown preference flows and order of elimination, they could genuinely get anywhere from 0 to 5, but 0 seemly unlikely.
