Handing a Commodore 64 or a BBC Micro to a child would be illegal under this ridiculous California Legislation, it seems.
I learned to program on a BBC Micro (6502 assembler) and my age at the time was never an issue. It was an exam requirement to create software for it! 🙄🤦♂️
