Or listening to, or watching??

@xan_writer I still can’t move on from onyx storm(forth wing series) and I’m watching orange is the new black
And my comfort show heartstopper on repeat as always:)

@xan_writer Started reading Francis Bond's An Introduction to English Church Architecture today, been looking forward to this one, it explicitly promises to answer a lot of questions relevant to a story I'm working on that the more specialist books take for granted.

And streaming some random horror films that aren't even worth naming.

@eishiya I love doing bookish research!
@xan_writer I'm re-reading Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan Saga - it's being a great comfort read. About to re-watch Season 1 of Deadloch with my partner as they've not seen it before. So that we can then watch Season 2 together - which just came out! Currently obsessed with 'Somethin' Bad' by Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood and making my way through both artist's other music.
@HeatherInNZ Oh, I'd never heard of this Vorkosigan Saga but it sounds intriguing!
@xan_writer It's space opera with a dash of space feudalism - mercenaries, spies, palace intrigue - fast-paced but thoughtful, with a lot of heart and a feminist bent - if a bit dusty in places, a product of its time, yet in some ways ahead of it's time. And there's 17 of them - plenty of time to sink into the characters and the world - a definite plus to me.
@xan_writer currently reading Cold Comfort Farm by Stella Gibbons - a classic comedy of manners and a send up of rural romances.
@xan_writer Reading "The Silent Miaow" by Paul Gallico and watching "Run" - an Aussie action drama about a dysfunctional bank robbing family. Great action and suspense. Listening to Vasiliy Nikitin's chill music compilations on YouTube. Diverse and relaxing
